Delete your Fleet Saathi account

Fleet Saathi is a workplace tool published by Yantralive Parts Technology Pvt. Ltd. If you no longer want to use Fleet Saathi, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to make that request, what we will delete, what we may retain, and how long the process takes.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to privacy@yantralive.com with the following details:
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Fleet Saathi”
- The mobile number you use to sign in to the Fleet Saathi app
- A brief confirmation that you are the account holder and that you want your account deleted
We may contact you at the registered mobile number to verify the request before proceeding. This is to protect you from unauthorised deletion of your account by someone else.
What will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the following from our systems:
- Identity and account information: your name, mobile number, assigned role, and designation.
- Photos uploaded by you: attendance selfies, fuel-receipt photos, inspection photos, and any other images you uploaded through the app.
- Voice transcripts associated with your user account, where they were retained.
- Location history captured by the app on your device.
- Authentication records and active sessions linked to your account.
What may be retained, and why
Some data may remain after your personal account is deleted, for the following limited reasons:
- Operational work records (hour-meter logs, fuel entries, inspections, expenses, attendance approvals) that you created on behalf of your employer remain in your employer’s Fleet Saathi account, because they form your employer’s business history. To request deletion of those records, please raise the request with your employer.
- Anonymised, aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you may be retained for service-quality and analytics purposes.
- Security and audit logs are retained for at least 12 months for fraud and security investigation, longer where required by law.
- Records that we are legally required to retain (for example, financial or tax records linked to your employer’s subscription) will be retained for the period required by Indian law.
How long it takes
We will acknowledge your request within 7 working days of receiving it. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verifying your identity, except where a longer period is required to honour a legal hold or to comply with a retention obligation. We will inform you if such a delay applies to your request.
After deletion
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in to Fleet Saathi using the deleted account. If you later want to use the Service again, a new account will need to be created for you by your employer.
